- To earn points, you must give your phone number each time you make a purchase.
- Southernmost Rewards members will be awarded one point for each dollar spent on the purchase of all food, beverages and merchandise.
- Rewards will be emailed to you and expire 30 days after date of issue.
- There will be no cash refund and no points earned when redeeming Southernmost Rewards certificates.
- Members earn points when they purchase store gift certificates. Points are not issued when the gift certificate is redeemed.
- Earned points will be carried over annually. You never lose a point in Southernmost Rewards.
- Store employees, corporations and institutional accounts are not eligible for memberships.
- Southernmost Rewards members must keep their personal information file up to date by reporting any changes in name, address, etc. to a participating location.
- Southernmost Rewards will not sell or rent your name, address or personal information to any other company or organization.
- Participating stores can cancel Southernmost Rewards at any time.
- Participating stores, at their sole discretion, can select the merchandise included in this program without notice to members.
- Please allow 48-72 hours for your reward points to update in the system.
- Visit our website at www.southernmostrewards.com or download our mobile app to view current point balance, recent purchases and certificates issued or redeemed.
Restrictions
- Each person who enrolls in the Southernmost Rewards Program must enroll using a unique e-mail address and unique phone number.
- Store employees, corporations and institutional accounts are not eligible for memberships.
- To receive credit for your qualifying purchase or visit and to redeem Southernmost Rewards you have earned, present your Southernmost Rewards Email and/or Certificate that contains your unique Reward Code and user ID number (usually your mobile number) to your server with your payment. Your server will enter your Reward Code and information in the Southernmost Rewards System, the fact that you visited the restaurant and the items you purchased. Within 24 hours, your Southernmost Rewards Account will automatically adjust to show any credits you received and Southernmost Rewards you redeemed.
- Southernmost Rewards are non-transferable and may not be shared with family members, friends or other Southernmost Rewards members.
- A Southernmost Rewards member splitting a check with non-members will only receive the points from the actual member’s receipt.
- Nothing in these Southernmost Rewards Program rules will limit Pat Croce & Company from exercising any legal rights or remedies that it may have.
- The Southernmost Rewards structure is subject to modification, cancellation or limitation at the Pat Croce & Company’s discretion, with or without notice. The number of Southernmost Rewards or points required to redeem any Southernmost Reward may be substantially increased, any Southernmost Reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any Southernmost Reward or point redemption may be imposed at any time.
