How do I enroll in the program?
There are two ways to enroll:
- Sign up for the Southernmost Rewards program by filling out the enrollment card at any of our participating locations.
- Visit southernmostrewards.com and click on the "Create an Account". Follow the prompts on the following pages and be sure to enter all the information requested in order to create the account.
When will I receive my Sign Up $5 Bonus offer?
Your $5 bonus offer will be sent to you via the email provided to us within 24 hours after enrollment.
Will I be getting a Southernmost Rewards member card?
Negative. Southernmost Rewards is a paperless and cardless program. Upon signing up for an account, please be sure to accept our email-only method of receiving your rewards and program communications from Southernmost Rewards.
How do I redeem my rewards points?
Please be sure to print out your email with your reward, member number and promo code found in your rewards email from Southernmost Rewards or bring it in on your mobile phone and present it to your server at any of our locations while you're dining in.
How many rewards can I redeem during a visit?
Only one Southernmost Reward can be redeemed per visit.
How can I see if points were added to my account for my last visit?
Visit southernmostrewards.com and click on the "Already a member" button and sign in to your account to see your points balance. How long should we say we can expect a user to see their points in the system after a visit?
Do you have a Southernmost Rewards® app?
Yes, we do.
I forgot to tell the server I was a Southernmost Rewards member. Can I still get my points added to my account?
Yes, with your proof of receipt, points can be added to your account within 24 hours.
Can I use my Southernmost Rewards points towards “to-go” orders?
Sorry, most of our rewards are for dine-in only offers. You may contact the location you would like to apply your reward to an order for to verify.
I'm having issues registering for the Southernmost Rewards program.
Please make sure you've entered all the information requested correctly. You may need to verify that the phone number provided isn't already in use in the system by someone in your household. Each new member must use a unique phone number as this becomes their user identification number. If you are still having issues, please fill out a support ticket here.
